Engineering & prototyping

We support our customers from the earliest concept phase through engineering, prototyping and validated production-ready solutions.

Our engineering process is customer-focused and application-driven. We design composite structures to meet mechanical, fire, safety and regulatory requirements while optimising weight, durability and manufacturability.

As part of R&D and early development, we use 3D modelling, FEM pre-calculations and 3D printing to quickly visualise and validate designs. Scaled 3D-printed prototypes allow customers to see, touch and review the product already in the concept phase, enabling faster decisions and reduced development risk.

Prototyping is tightly integrated with manufacturing. Materials, lay-ups and constructions are selected with serial production in mind from day one. First article production and inspections ensure that performance, quality and compliance targets are met before ramp-up.

Our structured approach ensures a smooth transition from idea to serial production – with full change management and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
